1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and betpkr ("betpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://betpkr.asia and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any betpkr service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

betpkr reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised provisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of betpkr is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpkr strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You must be an individual person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities may not open player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by betpkr or any of its affiliated game providers.

betpkr reminds all Pakistani users that online gambling laws vary across Pakistan's provinces and territories. It is each user's sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online betting and casino gaming is lawful in their specific location before registering an account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one betpkr account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your betpkr account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC & Identity Verification

betpkr operates a KYC verification programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. betpkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpkr login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. betpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to betpkr support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other major Pakistani banks), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed on the betpkr deposit page.

4.2 Currency

All betpkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. If a deposit is received in a foreign currency, betpkr may apply a conversion at the rate prevailing at the time of receipt.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum single-transaction limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

betpkr targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. betpkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud review, or regulatory compliance checks.

4.5 Own Funds Only

You warrant that all funds deposited into your betpkr account are legally obtained and belong to you. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected, and the corresponding withdrawal may be returned to the source payment method only.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on betpkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. The following general provisions apply to all betting activity:

• Bets accepted in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault may be voided by betpkr at its sole discretion.
• betpkr reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet from any account without prior notice or explanation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to latency conditions. betpkr cannot guarantee that in-play odds reflect real-time match state; acceptance of an in-play bet is at betpkr's discretion.
• All match and event outcomes are determined by the relevant governing body. betpkr will settle bets according to official results as declared by that body. Cricket results are settled per International Cricket Council (ICC) or relevant board rulings.
• In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of an event, betpkr's settlement rules for the specific market apply. Generally, bets on an event abandoned before completion are voided and stakes are returned.

6. Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on betpkr are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and NetEnt. Each game is independently certified for fairness and operates with a certified random number generator or, in the case of live dealer games, with genuine physical dealing equipment overseen by regulated studios.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee returns on any individual session or within any specific number of rounds. betpkr provides RTP information for transparency purposes only.

betpkr is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by software errors within third-party game code. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round(s) shall be void and any stake for that round shall be returned to the player's betpkr wallet.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

betpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional benefits ("Promotions") to eligible accounts. All Promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses are credited at betpkr's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• betpkr reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active on a betpkr account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

betpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take our obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: betpkr services are available to persons aged 18 and above only. betpkr may request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts suspected of being held by minors pending verification.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their betpkr account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may activate a session duration reminder or hard session limit from account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from betpkr may request self-exclusion by contacting betpkr support. Self-exclusion is implemented within 24 hours of a verified request and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betpkr Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
2. Attempting to circumvent betpkr security measures, access other users' accounts, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
3. Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any transaction linked to criminal activity.
4. Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC processes.
5. Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have prior non-public knowledge (insider information).
7. Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
8. Creating multiple accounts, or assisting another person in doing so, to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpkr, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from network interruptions, system failures, third-party game provider errors, or force majeure events beyond betpkr's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, results, or market settlements that were published in good faith based on available information at the time.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit betpkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

betpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. betpkr will not sell your personal data to third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

12. Amendments to Terms

betpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, betpkr will endeavour to provide notice via your registered email address or a notification within the Platform. Your continued use of the betpkr Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpkr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betpkr's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body.
